WAGORA

Terms of Use and Community Rules

Version 2.0 · in force since 29.09.2026

TERMS OF USE AND COMMUNITY RULES Every member using the Wagora system and belonging to the WA Club ecosystem must follow these rules: Communication hierarchy: WA WhatsApp groups are for information and announcements only and closed to personal posts. Individual posts and PR work may only be shared via the Wagora panel and the closed LinkedIn group. Trade process: Members may not post trade purchase/sale requests directly to the groups. Requests are created and managed by the member personally on the Wagora platform using the standard template ("ticket" format). H2H (Human to Human) philosophy: The Club is a trust network built on a give-and-take balance. Members undertake to respond proactively, as far as they can, to other members' requests. Evaluation and reference system: After trade matches made on the Wagora platform, the parties are expected to give honest, transparent and objective feedback on the process. Members may not make defamatory statements about each other or statements creating unfair competition. Ethics and professionalism: Honesty and adherence to agreements are essential in all matches. Unfair competition or actions causing commercial harm to other members are grounds for expulsion. Zero-tolerance areas: Politics, religion, ethnic origin debates and sports fanaticism are not allowed on any official Club channel (Wagora, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, physical meetings). The focus is always trade diplomacy and friendship. (English translation for convenience. The Turkish text is the binding version.)
