WA Club Membership Agreement

WA CLUB MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT Article 1: Parties This membership agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between the management of WA (World of Anatolia) Foreign Trade & Investment Cluster ("Club") and the person who completes the Club membership application and approves this Agreement ("Member"). Article 2: Subject and Purpose This Agreement sets out the conditions of Club membership and the rights and obligations of the parties. WA Club is a trust-based international cooperation ecosystem operating under the "Trade and Friendship" philosophy, in which members act as leverage for one another. Article 3: Membership Conditions Membership begins when the application form is completed and the application is approved following the Club Management's evaluation. The Club Management reserves the right to accept or reject applications without giving reasons. Article 4: Member Rights By accepting this Agreement the Member has: - Access to the Wagora digital platform, the "Member Catalog" and all official communication channels of the Club. - The right to attend online/physical events and B2B meetings organised by the Club. - The right to announce their own trade requests and offers to the network via the Wagora platform. Article 5: Member Obligations 5.1. Wagora Marketplace and Supply/Demand Management: The Member shall create all B2B purchase, sale, supply and cooperation requests within the Club directly on the Wagora digital platform through their own profile. The Member is personally responsible for keeping their requests (tickets) up to date and for marking a request "Resolved/Closed" in the system once the transaction is concluded. 5.2. Cold Calling and Communication Ethics: WA Club is not an aggressive marketing pool. Members may not use unsolicited, persistent or disturbing "cold selling" tactics to sell their products/services to other members. Communication shall be based on building trust, in line with the Club's H2H (Human to Human) vision. 5.3. Compliance with International Trade Law: In all commercial activities carried out using the Wagora platform or the WA Club network, the Member agrees to fully comply with national and international trade law, customs legislation, anti-money-laundering (AML) laws and international embargo rules. 5.4. Club Disclaimer: Wagora is an independent matching platform bringing members together. Any commercial contract, purchase/sale, money transfer or partnership between members is entirely under the parties' own legal responsibility. WA Club Management provides no guarantee and bears no legal liability for commercial disputes or collection problems. 5.5. Intellectual Property: Without the written permission of the Club Management, the Member may not use the logos of the WA Club, World of Anatolia and Wagora brands in a way that creates the impression of an "official representative or branch". 5.6. Membership Fee: The Member shall pay the annual membership fee of EUR 100 + VAT, renewed every September. (Members granted a fee exemption are exempt for the stated period.) Article 6: Termination Membership ends upon the Member's written request to leave, non-payment of the fee, or by unilateral decision of the Club Management if the rules in this Agreement or the terms of use are breached.
