PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE (KVKK) Data Controller: WA (World of Anatolia) Foreign Trade & Investment Cluster Under Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the identity, contact, professional experience and digital footprint (social media, website) data you provided with your membership application are processed for: - carrying out your membership procedures, - creating your profile on the Wagora platform and running in-club trade matching (B2B) activities, - informing you about events, meetings and opportunities, - running accounting processes, on the legal grounds of KVKK Art. 5/2(c) "establishment or performance of a contract" and 5/2(f) "legitimate interest of the data controller". Limited to these purposes, your personal data may be shared with other WA Club members (in a closed circuit via Wagora), with providers from whom we obtain technical infrastructure services (cloud servers) and, in legal disputes, with competent authorities.
